creator of dream consciousness alchemy
The journey that has brought me to this moment began in my childhood, rooted in a belief that I could communicate with plants and animals, an unwavering faith in the existence of magic, trusting that the world was and is filled with honesty and kindness and understanding that being of service to others can contribute to a better world.
Over time I have nurtured these early beliefs, manifesting them into reality through meditation, dreaming, seeing, and creating.
As a folk herbalist, I formulate herbal tea blends that support health and wellness. Each blend is thoughtfully formulated to enhance physical vitality, emotional balance, and spiritual clarity.
I facilitate sacred ceremonies and courses that serve as a bridge between participants and the unseen realms. These gatherings provide opportunities to connect with spirit guides, plant spirits, ancestors, and one’s own intuition. By creating a safe and nurturing environment, I encourage individuals to explore their inner landscapes and foster a deeper understanding of their connections to nature and the cosmos.
Every aspect of my work is intentionally crafted for healing and awakening, imbued with a love for nature and a profound appreciation for the divine.
I’m falling in love with myself. I laid on the earth and kissed a stone. I cried into a bent root. My tears mixed with the wet earth, soaked from the rain. A blue jay sang me a love song. The cold breeze made my hair stand on end. The sun warmed my cheek and whispered to me how perfect everything is. And so it is.

I apprenticed with Marysia Miernowska of the Gaia School of Healing, CA branch and I’m trained as a folk herbalist in the wise woman tradition of healing. I have studied earth-based shamanic healing practices with Marilu Shin, and have been studying shamanic energy healing for the last six years. I have been practicing meditation and yoga since the early 2000's and I’m trained in vipassana (insight/mindfulness) meditation & metta (loving kindness) meditation.
