How to prepare your herbal tea:
For hot tea, use 1-3 teaspoons steeped in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Strain, add sweetener of choice if desired and enjoy.
For a refreshing iced drink, use 1-3 teaspoons steeped in 8 oz of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Strain, pour over ice, add sweetener of choice if desired and enjoy.
For an overnight infusion, add a handful of herbs (3-5 Tbsp) to a quart size mason jar, pour boiling water over, place a lid on the jar and let it sit on the countertop overnight. Strain in the morning and drink at room temperature or pour over ice. Keep it with you for "on-the-go" activation!
